How to reset your password

Forgot your password or need to change your password for your LVL account? Follow this guide to manage and reset your password.

Resetting your password

If you have a LVL account and can't log in, click Forgot password? on the LVL Login Page:

If your email address exists in our database, you will receive a password recovery link from LVL Wellbeing at your email address in a few minutes.

If you receive an error message stating that your Reset Password Token is invalid, then your reset link has expired, and you will need to repeat the steps to reset your password.

Didn't receive the email?
Check your spam filter or try another email.

Updating your password

If you're already logged into your LVL account and would like to update your Password to keep intruders away:

• Click on your Profile from the LVL Home Page
• Choose Settings from the drop down menu
• Click on the Account tab
• Update your password by choosing Edit password.
• Enter your Old Password, followed by entering your New Password
• Click Save

Password Complexity

At LVL, we take account security seriously. That is why we have implanted Password Complexity as a security feature. Password Complexity means that a password must include at least 8 characters and use a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters (e.g., !?$):
