Once you've cleared your cache, log in to LVL again on the iOS/Android app (make sure you have the latest version installed) or access our desktop version of the platform - it should now let you finish the onboarding survey.
Please check your spam/junk folders for a verification code from us and add us to your safe sender list.
Please also log-in from a non-work wifi or use your mobile data/hotspot as some corporate wifis may be blocking you from accessing the platform. Work devices may also block LVL so we recommend using a personal device.
