Wearable syncing allows LVL Wellbeing to automatically track your activity data from devices connected to your health app. This includes activity history, active minutes, and steps. Follow this guide to set up wearable syncing and ensure all permissions are enabled for a seamless experience.
Enabling Wearable Syncing in the LVL Wellbeing App
- Open the LVL Wellbeing App
- Navigate to the app’s home page.
- Click on the profile icon in the bottom navigation.
- Go to Settings
- Tap on the gear icon in the top right of the Member Dashboard.
- Enable Wearable Syncing
- Locate the Wearable Syncing toggle and switch it on.
- Ensure your wearable device is connected to your health app (Apple Health for iPhone users, Android Health Connect for Android users).
Granting Permissions During Onboarding
When you first set up the LVL Wellbeing app, you’ll be asked to grant permissions to access your health app. Make sure to accept all requested permissions for the best experience.

For iPhone Users
- Open your Device Settings
- Go to the Settings app on your iPhone.
- Access the Health App Settings
- Scroll down and select Health.
- Tap on Data Access & Devices.
- Enable Permissions for LVL Wellbeing
- Find and select LVL Wellbeing.
- Ensure all requested permissions are toggled on.
For Android Users
- Open your Device Settings
- Go to the Settings app on your Android device.
- Access Health Connect Permissions
- Search for Health Connect or navigate to Apps > Health Connect.
- Enable Permissions for LVL Wellbeing
- Tap on Data Access & Devices.
- Find and select LVL Wellbeing.
- Ensure all requested permissions are toggled on.
Ensuring Activity Syncing Works
- Verify that your wearable device is properly connected to your mobile device’s health app (Apple Health for iPhones or Android Health Connect for Android devices).
- Ensure all permissions are enabled for LVL Wellbeing in your device settings.
- Ensure Wearable Syncing is toggled on in the LVL Wellbeing app settings.
- Go to Member Dashboard > My Activity and confirm that activities from your wearable device are pulling into your activity history.
